Orders
You will have a 24 hour window after purchase to do the following: change address, cancel order, change size of product. Please contact info@shopsherrilyndale.com for these changes. If you don't contact us about these changes within that time window, we will process your order with the original info from your purchase. No changes can happen after the 24 hour time frame.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated based on weight. We ship domestically, intercontinentally, and internationally.
Due to COVID, shipping estimates may not be exact and could effect the total time for your order to arrive. Please be patient with us as we fulfill orders in a safe manner.
Canadian orders should expect shipments to arrive in 3-4 weeks. There will be a flat rate of $9.99 for shipping costs.
International shipping costs will come at a higher price, and depending on your country, you may have to also pay custom fees. Due to COVID and standard international shipping timelines, expect your order to take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive.
Returns
This merch line is final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges. This means it is your responsibility to make sure you ordered the right product and sizing.
The only exception is if you receive a damaged or misprinted product. If that is the case, please contact info@jennicaannica.com with a picture of your product. Once we receive that, we will send you a replacement.
